Avatar 3’ Title Revealed as ‘Fire and Ash’

There are few film franchises where a simple title reveal is enough to excite audiences. Avengers, Star Wars and James Bond among them. And then there’s Avatar, which stands as a class as its own.

While the franchise doesn’t have many films to its name, the first Avatar (2009) stands as the highest grossing film of all time, and sequel Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) holds the record for the third highest grossing movie ever.

So when James Cameron announced that his third Avatar will be titled Avatar: Fire and Ash, it was enough to spark big applause at D23 Friday….
