Simple country boy Billy Whittaker, must deal with the arrival of Kenneth Hale, the arrogant, snobbish son of an old friend of Billy’s dad. Kenneth looks down on Billy’s homespun ways, though he does have eyes for Billy’s girlfriend, Pige (Marcia Mae Jones).
