No One Survives Alone
Official Synopsis: One summer’s night in Buenos Aires, a mysterious deadly snowfall wipes out most of the population and leaves thousands stranded. Juan Salvo and his friends embark on a desperate struggle for survival. Everything changes when they discover that the toxic snowstorm is only the first attack by a foreign army invading Earth. The only way to stay alive is to join together and fight. No one will survive on their own.
The series is the first screen adaptation of the iconic Argentine sci-fi graphic novel The Eternaut, written by Héctor G. Oesterheld and illustrated by Francisco Solano Lopez, which was first published in 1957.
- Directed and created by Bruno Stagnaro, who wrote the script along with Ariel Staltari, the production maintains the spirit of the original comic and the vision of its creator.
- The series stars Ricardo Darín as Juan Salvo, accompanied by a stellar cast including Carla Peterson, César Troncoso, Andrea Pietra, Ariel Staltari, Marcelo Subiotto, Claudio Martínez Bel, Orianna Cárdenas and Mora Fisz, among others.
- The first season consists of 6 episodes.
- With a production never-before-seen in Argentina, the creation of the series The Eternaut meant:
- 2 years of development and scriptwriting, 4.5 months of pre-production, 148 days of filming in Buenos Aires, and more than 1.5 years of post-production.
- 2900 actors between cast and extras.
- More than 50 locations and 30 virtual stages.
- More than 500 masks for the series’ characters.
