The creators and stars of The Franchise, a satire of the making of superhero franchise movies, talk about their series at last month’s BFI London Film Festival.

The Franchise, available on Now TV, is Jon Brown’s (Succession, Veep) sidesplitting series, directed by Sam Mendes and Liza Johnson. It follows the crew of an unloved franchise movie fighting for their place in a savage and unruly cinematic universe.
