Thunderbirds are called to rescue a supersonic plane from beneath the Atlantic Ocean.
The rescue of a man from a skyscraper unveils a plot to destroy England’s plutonium store by using three men to carry in explosive devices locked to their wrists. The same key that unlocks the bracelets unlocks the plutonium vault. It is up to International Rescue to stop the bombs and rescue a British secret agent trapped in the vault by a security robot.
