An experimental drug that makes animals grow four times their normal size is spilled into the Amazon River by a greedy boatman attempting to steal it. Soon the alligators grow to incredible sizes and attack the lonely laboratory. The Thunderbirds must stop the monsters and the boatman, who wants to make off with the rest of the drug.
