What? No Pazuzu?

Whilst filmmaker David Gordon Green brought back Michael Myers for his “Halloween” revival trilogy, his upcoming “The Exorcist” revival trilogy isn’t doing the same.

Talking with IGN, he confirms the demon seen possessing the girls in trailers for “The Exorcist: Believer” is NOT Pazuzu, the Mesopotamian demonic god of the winds who served as the antagonist across the prior “Exorcist” films.

Green adds that: “We use a new demon, no Pazuzu. We feature a demon who studied demonologists might know.”…
