Bibaa & Nicole: Murder in the Park

As the Covid lockdown eased in June 2020, a group of friends gathered in a London park to celebrate Bibaa Henry’s birthday. As night fell, only Bibaa and her sister Nicole remained, dancing in the park.

When they didn’t return home, friends reported them missing, but the police did not act. 36 hours later, their bodies were found by Nicole’s partner. Shockingly, police officers photographed and shared the crime scene images on social media.

This three-part series features interviews with the sisters’ mother, Mina Smallman, and their close friends, along with insights from detectives as it pieces together the sisters’ final hours, the hunt for a serial killer, and the subsequent police misconduct that followed. With new evidence and recordings, the series reveals the investigation’s details, police attitudes, and the failures that left Bibaa and Nicole’s loved ones fighting for answers.

David Frost vs… – Part 2

The second part of David Frost Vs kicks off with David Frost vs Richard Nixon, the inside story of the most watched and one of the most important political interviews of all time. Frost conducted a titanic battle of wits over 28 hours with disgraced Former President Richard Nixon, speaking for the first time since the humiliation of his resignation over the Watergate scandal. The episode includes unseen footage, contributions from Nixon insiders Frank Gannon and Ken Khachigian, Frost’s inner circle, film director Ron Howard and actor Michael Sheen.

Sir David’s 40-year friendship with Sir Elton John, and 10 on-screen interviews form the basis for the next episode, David Frost vs Elton John. Their conversations are deeply personal, with revealing insights into the rockstar’s rise, fall and rise again. Sir Elton repeatedly chose David as the person to open up to at the rawest moments of his life and career and contributed to this episode with an extensive modern-day interview to set the scene, alongside Sarah Duchess of York, Lulu and Lady Carina Frost.

The series climaxes with the story that Sir David found himself returning to throughout his 50-year career: the search for peace in the Israel/Palestine conflict, in David Frost vs The Middle East. Frost’s first Middle East interview was in his 20s with Moshe Dayan in 1968 after the Six Day War, his last was with President Shimon Peres in 2012 shortly before he died. In between he interviewed Yasser Arafat, Yitzhak Rabin, and Benjamin Netanyahu multiple times, and Western leaders about the topic too. Two of them – Tony Blair and Bill Clinton – contribute to the episode to reflect upon Frost’s skill as an interviewer, and his unique ability to bring both sides together.

The Brontës by Anita Rani : Sisters of Disruption

In this partly autobiographical one off special, award-winning broadcaster Anita Rani goes back to Bradford to look at the impact that three extraordinary sisters had on her life – and on millions of others. As the only Asian girl in her class and a self-described misfit, Anita will reveal how she found solace in reading and creating worlds for herself As well as visiting the locations that were pivotal in the Brontës’ lives, Anita returns to the places where her life intersected with theirs as she explores how these remarkable women changed her life – and finds out just why their lives and work continue to be relevant today.

She will find out how the themes they explored over 150 years ago were taboo and angered readers and critics – even when they thought a man had written Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights. As Anita discovers, the Brontës, these unintentionally revolutionary sisters with such short lives, were challenging the patriarchy nearly 200 years ago.
