LONDON, UK (August 12, 2025) – Take your family on an interstellar adventure with Disney and Pixar’s Elio on August 19 via digital platforms including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV App, and Sky Stores at Home.
The latest chapter in Disney and Pixar’s storytelling legacy will fulfil your sense of wonder about outer space when alien-obsessed Elio Solís suddenly has a close encounter of the intergalactic kind. After trying everything to contact extraterrestrials, Elio is thrilled when they not only respond but beam him up to their cosmic “Communiverse”. Imagine his surprise when other planetary powers-that-be assume he is the leader of Earth! Elio’s experience in the Communiverse not only expands his horizons but teaches him how important it is to build connections with loved ones back on Earth.
For the UK & Ireland, Disney and Pixar’s all-new animated adventure Elio also features the voice of popular pop-star, presenter, dancer and TV personality Aston Merrygold in the UK. Aston’s character ‘Aston’ works with Aunt Olga (Zoe Saldaña) at Montez Air Force Base, where they find themselves hearing rumours of life outside Earth.
