Wonder Project to Launch Subscription Offering in 2025

Los Angeles, CA and Austin, TX (June 24, 2025) – Wonder Project, a transformative independent studio established by entertainment industry veterans Kelly Merryman Hoogstraten and Jon Erwin that creates premium films and series for the global faith and values audience, announced today that the company will be launching a new subscription offering exclusively available on Prime Video in the U.S. this Fall 2025. Subscribers will get early access to new original films and series produced by Wonder Project, and at launch, the new streaming service will feature over 1000 hours of highly curated movies and TV series that reflect the company’s mission: to entertain the world with courageous stories, inspiring hope and restoring faith in things worth believing in.

Season Two of the biblical drama series House of David from Wonder Project and Amazon MGM Studios will exclusively be available with a Wonder Project subscription on Prime Video. House of David Season Two will premiere on Wonder Project at the time of the subscription launch in Fall 2025, then on Prime Video in the U.S. and globally at a later date. From visionary filmmakers and Wonder Project creative leaders Jon Erwin and Jon Gunn, who serve as directors, writers, and executive producers, House of David Season One has captivated over 40 million viewers worldwide. The hit epic drama series premiered in the top 10 new series debuts in the U.S. to date, and reached #1 on Prime Video in the U.S.

The premium subscription on Prime Video, which will be known as Wonder Project, will super-serve  audiences who are seeking transformative and high-quality entertainment. The subscription will feature new exclusive originals produced by Wonder Project alongside a carefully curated library of beloved movies and shows. Created to bring families together, Wonder Project is designed to reignite courage, inspire connection, and nurture a sense of hope.
